Balcostics reads total_respondents as active registered members. Members join on their own and earn points. The panel is not a probability sample. Published counts drop flagged and duplicate accounts. One redeeming account is allowed per device. Exports can include parish, age group and gender, and education or employment where asked. Exports do not include names or email addresses.

The offline field collector (Android, `https://myvoice.page/field`) does offline capture and sync, case management with contact attempts, a household roster, random (Kish) respondent selection, GPS at start and finish, a supervisor flag when an interview is more than 500 metres from the address, and per-question timing. Study owner: 10,000 points a month. Interviewers: free.

Indicative prices from the May 2026 quotation model, all-island panel: about J$70,000 / J$186,000 / J$324,000 / J$470,000 for 100 / 300 / 600 / 1,000 respondents (about J$470 to J$700 each). Face-to-face comparison, our estimate: J$180,000 to J$250,000 / J$540,000 to J$750,000 / J$1.1 million to J$1.5 million / J$1.8 million to J$2.5 million (about J$1,800 to J$2,500 each).
