Job requirements:
- To conduct survey interviews & enter interview responses in smartphone/tablet App
- Travel within your Parish into various communities to interview people – all travel related expenses will be covered by Balcostics Research
- To conduct interviews with household members, Government agencies/ department
- To meet daily minimum interview quotas
- To attend and participate in all training sessions. Fully understanding the survey questionnaires that will be used for interviews – lunch & refreshments will be provided at training
Additional notes
- All face-to-face interviews will be done while following social distancing protocols (PPE will be provided)
- Report to team supervisor/ field work logistics manager any issues or challenges as they arise
- Ensure that all completed interviews/surveys are saved & synced at the end of each working day (uploaded to Survey Server)
- You will be paid bi-weekly & payment is a function of meeting certain specified interview quota
- The expected duration of this project is 3 Months
Qualifications
- Must have be comfortable using smartphone or tablet
- Excellent command of the English Language (both written & Spoken) – must have passed english at the CXC level
- Outgoing personality/ people person
- Good time management skills
