Summary of Job Description

  • Front desk customer support – you will be our first point of contact with clients/ potential customers who visit/ call/ email the office
  • Filing, Scanning & printing legal documents
  • Updating & following up (via telephone/ email) with clients & potential clients
  • Answering customer queries (verbal & written) regarding Balcostics Law & Balcostics Research main service offerings, procedures
  • Scheduling Client Meetings & Telephone Survey Interviews
  • Filing/ collecting documents from the Mandeville Tax office, Post Office & RGD
  • Typing & drafting letters & price quotations

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure that all clients/ potential clients, feel welcome when they call or visit Balcostics.
  2. Maintaining a positive, outgoing & empathetic attitude towards clients/ team members (must be a people person)
  3. Ensure that you execute all tasks, with the highest standard of professionalism & due care
  4. Must be solutions oriented with initiative & ideas that can help Balcostics better serve clients/ customers

Qualifications

  • Must reside in Mandeville, Manchester
  • Experience in using Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Some knowledge about using Google Workspace (Google Sheets & Google Docs)
  • At minimum, Grade II in English at the CXC level (Grade I is preferred)
  • Excellent command of the English Language (both written & Spoken)
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to continuously learn & improve skills
